16x8 ralleys with 5" backspace

Has anyone bought a set of these like classic industries sells? Does a 5" backspace clear the disc brakes on a 71 GMC pickup. I'd be afraid if it was only a 15" but maybe a 16"? Thanks for any info.

I think it will hit the tie rod end. I just bought some 15x10s for the rear with 7 inches of backspacing and the freaking things wouldnt fit over the drums.
