Ram Air Box

I've uploaded a mock up of the Ram Air Box on the new engine. Okay it's been done.....but how many have put it on a 91 front end? HMMMMMM, am I the first to attempt it?

Don't bother asking about the bent cap tips. The previous engine owner messed them up when he pulled the motor from his totalled Vette!! Notice the new intake leaves more room behind the setup?

Re: Ram Air Box

Should look good once you drop it in and plumb up the 'top secret' vents.

Hiding the vent is the current problem. I'm not sure just how to do it. I'm going to look for something interesting.

Re: Ram Air Box

PowerBlock's MuscleCar had a segment earlier in the year where they did the same thing to an El Camino? or a Chevelle?. You could hear the cold air induction sucking in the air from the vents on the bumper when they stepped on it. They used some sheet to brake-form the vents. I think they also had to notch the bumber bracket as well.
