Low buck ls1 fan install

$50 ls1 fans, used
$25 aluminum angle, misc hardware
Find/buy your own controller, or use relays/temp switch.

Trimmed a little off the top of fan, had some "ears" that stuck out.
Just got this done this evening, might have time this week to finish up the wiring and the rest of the serp conversion. Not much left.

Looks sweet !!!, But....You shoulda known we need to know what donor you got the fans off of.

I like that set-up better than my single aftermarket.

Re: Low buck ls1 fan install

Thanks, Are you going to run both fans constantly or wire one to come on with the AC ?

Re: Low buck ls1 fan install

I have the flexalite vsc. It has a bunch of features. It will engage with temp control, and has a/c trigger. When it turns on the fans, it only runs them at like %50 or so, if it needs to it will run them at %100 if needed, depending on temp.
