PICKMUP . . . more info on that tank please. What pump are you using? What size fuel & return lines? Sending unit? How about a ballpark price range for members? I would just e-mail you but alot of times I post @ hm & then go to work or vice-versa, but @ both places I can just pull up the board. Thanks in advance, Scot.

3/8 supply is typical, I believe. For EFI you need a return line AT LEAST as big as the supply, preferably a size bigger -- to prevent vapor lock and premature pump death.

I have the Ramjet in my 68' and love it. It is a little cold blooded when first started but runs like a bat out of hell. Installation was easy. My two cents!

Can you elaborate on that cold start issue? I would think the 'puter would fully compensate idle quality/speed until the engine reaches normal operating temps just like late model vehicles. At least some of the press I've read on these 'factory fuel injected crate motors' is states easy cold starts & great throttle response.

It starts fine, but if you try to put it in gear and go before it reaches operating temparture, it will stall. I usually give it a couple minutes, and she runs fine. Awesome motor though.

GM even advertises it as being a great Cold Start engine....hmmm

@ least it starts right up, that counts for something in my book. Of course my million mile 6cyl will start the first try also . . . it won't stay running, but it will start. You know the drill, pump the pedal 4 times, turn the key, start, wait for it to die, re-peat. Usually will stay running the 2nd try as long as you idle it around 1500 or up . . . lol. Got any pics of that install?
