suburban?
Nobody was on the suburban page, so I figured you could help me. My buddy's dad is selling his 80's burb and he said I could get it for $300. It has over 200,000 miles and shifts into 4wd tough he said. I figure if I don't like it, I can scrap it for over what I pay for it. I might go look at it tonight if I get a chance. Sounds like a deal to me.

Re: suburban?
$300.00 bucks I would jump on it. You can sale it for parts and make twice that easy. It may be time consuming though.

Re: suburban?
I agree, if it's running for $300 it's a deal. Being 4wd is a plus if you find someone needing the running gear if you don't keep it. I recently sold my '91 Burb 4x4 running and clean but a couple years ago I blew a hole in the rear housing when a pin let loose. Put a 3" hole in the housing, 3:73 gears, 6 lug salvage yard price was $575. Even if you decide to part it out, 700R4 K trans, wheels, doors, interior parts and misc. you can easily make your money back. Jump on it.
