What Hitch is better?
I am looking at ECE's hidden hitch and CPP's hidden hitch. Which one have y'all used and which one would you suggest. CPP's is cheaper and appears to mount differently. Thanks ahead of time!

Re: What Hitch is better?
I've got an ECE one on my suburban and one on my CrewCab. Both are very well built. You should not have a problem with your tank. You can check out either of my build links for pictures.

Re: What Hitch is better?
Yes I have used ECE's hidden hitch and I have no complaints at all. I build with metal for a living and could build my own hitch in my sleep but after seeing ECE's awhile back I decided that theirs is just as good if not better then what I would do and much cheaper when you figure in steel prices, powder coat, mounting hardware, electrical hardware, drop hitch, lic plt flip kit and not to mention time! Here is mine before install and in use!

Re: What Hitch is better?
I've only used ECE hidden hitch and have no idea of CPP. I also have stock gas tank and the spare tire in the bottom of the truck bed. The ECE hidden hitch works great.
