Is the a power steering box out there that will fit on my '86 Chevy that will give me the ability to make tighter turns?

Re: Power steering box on my '86

Thanks, but who sells these and what is the best ratio for tight turns on our trucks? Some places I have to back up and can not make the turn with out doing this and would really like to get a better one for my truck with a much sharper turn ability.
