I didn't. Mine were bolted directly to the frame w/5+" of front drop. I'm not sure how it will be now w/a Dropmember up front (haven't had the a-arms installed long enough to figure it all out).

When you figure out the swaybar, let us know. It looks like you could use the stock outer hole and drill another. That's w/stock arms- if you're using ARTs, I dunno...
