Green, you are absolutly right, that horn button is a 67 CST item only, and if it is in good shape, you could ask what ever you wanted for it.
(and the GMC one year version for sh!ts and giggles

okay now i am confused i have that cap somewere. i just went and dug up the cst tags they say custom instead. on the back they say cst. now the question is you have a truck with cst and its a 67 and has that cap. how can i have custom tags off a 67 with the same cap..

chevy fatman...so "penicillun" is one of those GM made crew cabs????? I thought it was just a home built the way Rockcrawlin was talking about it!!! I guess that would pretty amazing then. With the proper documentation those trucks could be...well...rare...LOL!

barepaint, I just looked at my '67, at least what's left of it. It turns out it was a Custom with the Panoramic cab option. I was going to send you the emblems but the Customs just won't do. Sorry about that!

2 more - notice that the right fender was replaced with a 68 fender, custom camper too ?? But - if this is custom and not a cst, why does it have the fancy horn cap ? Notice it does not have gauges either, ???

Either, I am mistaken, and the horn button was custom and CST, ot it was swapped out. I'll have to look into that.
The inst panel wouldn't mean anything... I had a 70 CST, 350/TH350, A/C, P/S, P/B....dummy lights

New can-o-worms...I assume that V8 emblem is not original to the truck.I have never seen one come with those.Pretty cool,though.Looks original and it`s not like anything else was done to soup-up,doll-up,or any other-ups on the truck.

Green Machine and stllockin great effort and u are close...the emblem underneath the custom camper is an old chevy v8 emblem...I believe from an 40's or 50's car or truck...check this sight http://www.ecklers The horn button looks just like mine but I am not sure that may have come on customs also?...My truck has a tach the gauge cluster is different this may or may not be on all cst 67...I have all this parts but havve replace them to dress it up...heres the old pics and the new int.

Your dealer should be able to get them still... I have the P/N somewhere, but everything is a total mess here. May nor locate that untill later this week. (My whole area here is torn apart, my computer is sitting on the floor)

I love my truck and the attension it brings. I bought it for $3,000.00 4 1/2 years ago. I to have had a hell of a time finding ;untill now; a shred of evidence that they were real. Unlike yourself mine was altered at one point and is now a doulie with a flat bed.
