How much does the lowering kit lower the vehicle and what required to install it. I have an 05 tahoe. If you don't mind me asking why didn't your wife like it. How much shipping to 35750?

Re: OEM Mirrors (htd), Tahoe/Burb Lowering Kit, GMC Center Caps
I did the drop on someones Denali & HIS wife didn't like it. He had put the bigger 20" tires from the Dodge Ram on it & after the drop it looked sweet cuz the wheel wells were filled perfectly & it had a tough stance from any angle - about a 3" drop. Luckily we just cranked the front keys way down & it worked for the test because she just didn't like the ride after that. I personally thought it rode fine - she is very picky about her rides & typically doesn't do anything but cosmetics to them. We did have to talk her into letting us do it with the understanding we'd reverse it if she really didn't like it - WE LOST!! I had pics of the finished product but my computer's long since crashed hard twice & had the drive replaced both times so it's gone. I'll have to weigh them & get you a quote on shipping.
Rear is easy as lifting the truck, putting frame on stands to let rear housing hang, unbolt bottom of shocks, pull down axle & pop out old. Put the new ones in & bolt shocks back up - DONE. Front is more work but I'm sure it has all the instructions - have personally done about 7 of them myself. I'll give ya my phone number if you buy so you can call with questions if you need help.
