Lightbulb need some pictures...

hey guys just finished gettin my new rocker panels on along with the inner rocker as well i was wondering what it orginially looked like from the back of the rocker to teh cab floor, i assume mine rusted away and t previous owner jerry rigged it(no offense to any jerrrys aha)

some basically i would like and over head shot on inbetween the rocker and the cab floor

thanks alot guys

Jerry won't be offended because the saying is "jury rigged"...Are you looking for a completed inner/outer rocker panel picture? The inner rocker panel turns down 90 degrees and boxes in the top and bottom lip of the outer rocker panel.

With this fit-up, moisture is trapped and air circulation limited, thus leading to an accumulation of road debris, which make a good environment for rust. When replacing a inner or outer rocker panel, I make sure to liberally apply a good, quality rust-inhibitor to the inside surfaces of the rocker assembly, before installing. Be careful not to contaminate your welding area. They make a primer specific to allowing you to weld in the immediate area, but I forgot what it is called.

In any case, good luck with your project and keep us posted with progress photos.
