deluxe winshield trim for 4-5-6
Where can I get this trim new? I found a used one on ebay, but since everything else chrome on the truck is new, I'd rather not have to try to polish something old and beat up.
I ordered a deluxe weatherstripping kit from Brothers (trying to upgrade), not realizing that the front glass has a metal trim, and the back glass is a plastic-type (which came new with the kit). Well, the glass guy that I had come out today to install my new windshield made that quite clear. He's not happy that he scheduled me today only to fool with it for 30 minutes trying to make a deluxe rubber work without the chrome and then just leave. Boo. I may just have him install it with a standard rubber for now.

I don't think anyone in re-popping the windshield trim... Your best bet is probably to polish the one you have and use it...

The trim is actually stainless steel and it does clean up rather nicely. I try all over and no body does a re-production for 64 to 66 model years. However 60 to 63, re-productions are available. Hope this helps
