need custom parts?
I am a new vender here.I have 5 cnc mills and 2 cnc lathes and I like to do custom one off work.If you have something you need made let me know,we do not weld or form metal, just machining of all metals and plastics. Our price is determand by complexity of part and quantitys,if its 1 or 100 it does not matter to me.let me know what you need and I can work a price for you.You can PM me at any time.

Re: need custom parts?
Do you have examples of some of the custom items you have made for our trucks? Good luck on the new venture!

Re: need custom parts?
Nothing yet, but its a good reason to start making parts for my truck, you know for testing and such. I will try to post some pics of other things I have done in the past and maybe try to get some 67-72 parts made soon.

Re: need custom parts?
How about the firewall piece marked with the number 1 on it? I've seen these done in polished stainless.

How about some custom fender emblems with V8 327 for the 5.3s and V8 366 for the 6.0s?

Re: need custom parts?
I'm looking for emblems for my center caps for my rims. I would have to measure but they should be in the area of 2.5 inches in diameter, made of aluminum with a chevy bowtie engraved in the center. the material needs to be less than 1/4...1/8 would be perfect.

Re: need custom parts?
A good part/piece to make & sell for these trucks should be: Shift boot hold down ring for 4x4 in either aluminum or stainless.

Re: need custom parts?
Along with a boot ring, a cool aluminum shifter knob for either 4sp or 4x4 would be nice. I'd need to come up with a good design though. Maybe something with raised lettering.

Re: need custom parts?
Any raised lettering cost way more than engraved and is harder to do because you have to remove all that material.
