Landau Blue Blazer
While color was the hardest choice to make, I am petty happy with this Landau Blue. Should be done by Wednesday. Hood and buffing then good to go I just gotta figure out how to start putting it back together this weekend and also keep my wife happy and celebrate our anniversary.

Nice color. Just remember this; "If momma ain't happy, nobody's happy". Maybe you can tell her that the "time" for the re-assembly would be the perfect gift from her. just a thought. Later, Mario

Re: Landau Blue Blazer
I saw the color on a '67 Corvette and have always liked it. I think it's the only year GM offered the color. Like I said, I went back forth between shades of blue, medium olive, black, you name it. I wanted to paint it a color that looked period correct but had some metal flake to give it some shine.
Upon further reflection and concern for continued peace at home I may wait until after the weekend to start reassembly. I'll post pics. Gotta get it done while the weather is nice. |

Re: Landau Blue Blazer
That anniversary better come first or you won't have a Blazer to finish. Looks great, can't wait to see it finished.
