Re: Donations for the Board meet needed!!

Donation sent. What's the mailing address? I may have some wiring kits to donate. The kits are: different size tie wraps, hook/loop nylon(velcro) rolls, several sizes of black/split wire tubing, rolls of tape.
Trying to gather it all together.

Re: Donations for the Board meet needed!!

At this time, we can only accept paypal due to the time frame we have to work with, that may change this weekend, i am not sure.
Door prizes etc can be brought to the meet, no need to mail them unless you will not be attending. In that case PM Ron and see if he will allow things to be sent to his place ahead of time.

Re: Donations for the Board meet needed!!

Right now we have $387 total. That will pay for the porta potty rental IICR. Last year we spent $1500 on food and porta potties etc. Unless we are able to get more funds in, we will not end up providing food this year.

Thank you to all who have sent in donations thus far.
