Newbie's got a question!
hey guys wats up? im new to site, and im from a lil hick town called mineola texas. neway i got a question. i am re-wiring a 49 gmc for 12 volts, but i want to go with an original style 12 V generator instead of an alternator. where can i find a 12 V voltage regulator?

In my garage, I am dumping the original 12v generator and regulator for a one-wire alternator. Any parts house will have one, make sure you know how to install and polarize them or you can fry the generator and/or alternator. I learned that lesson many moons ago, replace generator and regulators together.
