58 disc brake question

A friend of mine has a 58 that has a disc conversion on the stock solid axle. The stock rims hit the calipers. Will stock rims off a mid 70's 4wd have the right offset to clear them and will the stock center caps fit on the 4wd rims. Thanks.

the later wheels will clear as they were designed for disc brakes. don't know about the caps.
