New Engine Pics
Well as some of you may know I got some new valve covers for Christmas. I then needed new wire looms to keep from scratching the new ones. Well then I decided to get a new braided fuel line and Edelbrock fuel line with inline filter since my rubber line and inline paper filter just didn't look right. Then the alternator started acting up and the battery cable incident. I was able to get a 1 wire coverted alternator along with getting rid of the wire loom junk from factory. After all this and a few more minor things I did
Future plans still include MSD red wires (yellow don't look right), new fuel pump (mechanical) and redo my tranny lines. Along with the one below here's some more pics Engine Pics If you need part numbers let me know and I'll post all I used BTW: The spot on the air cleaner lid is a problem with the reflection of the camera. It's all clean

Damn Brandon, its looking real nice in your engine bay! All you need now is to coat the headers.

Cool. Looks great Brandon. I see you replaced the hose clamp before taking the pic.
Good work man. Keep it up. I bet you got a grin from ear to ear now.

Looks awesome B-man!
I agree red wires will set it off 10x better. Those yellow ones aren't cutting it. Like that chrome alternator, or what I can see of it!

Eddie- I will when I get a new set later on after alot more stuff has been done. I'll get them coated like Mike's.
Mike- I hoped you would notice that. I did it just for you Paul- I agree totally with the red wires. The red script on the covers will look good with them later on. Also if you go to the Engine Pics in the first post you can see more pics of the alt. Ryan- Yeah it has been a while since we've been able to hook up. Looks alot different there and same old brown on the outside. G- I bought it off Ebay for $35 brand new but you can get it at Summit or Jegs as well. Here's a link- http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?part=35233 You can also get the line without the filter but might as well get it since you'll need one anyways. Thanks for the compliments everyone Too bad Dave ain't here to see them since he's wanted to see the covers and looms for forever now

Looks great Brandon! I am truly jealous. I agree with Eddie, it's coating time for those headers. They stand out more now that you have all that pretty chrome under there. Oh, and excellent choice on the valve covers! I was wandering how they would look.

I was gonna say it too, but I really cant decide. I think the yellow wires look pretty good with everything else, but red would look good to. Yellow draws alot of attention, and your wires are run clean, looks good. Dont change them untill its time.

Thanks guys I think the red wires will look better with the script on the covers more than the yellow. Plus the MSD flow much better than the Accells.

Brandon, you don't to make any excuses for the red wires, just get em! They'll look awesome. I agree with Eddie, I think you should coat those headers. You'll have a show truck engine bay in a farm truck, what can be better!
