old skool suicide doors plan?

ok so jeff got me going on the s10 frame swap, but looking to do old skool suicide doors on my 50 pick up. anyone know how? help me help me!

I dont know what you mean by old school, I am assuming not using an aftermarket hinge setup, but this is the way I did mine back in 04:

Anyhow, looking back at it, would I do it again. Not like this. Things I would have changed, I would have planned it out better, used an aftermarket suicide hinge set up, been a bit more patient (this was my daily driver so I kinda rushed to get it back on the road). And finally would have used a locking mechanism to avoid the doors opening at 50 mph down the road. Don't get me wrong it was functional and strong,

It's not that hard with factory hinges but is easier with newer kits you can get. Just be sure you get some that are narrow enough to get into the door pillar. If you get the standard ones they're a little tough to spread out far enough apart and keep in a vertical plane (supports door better). Hagan makes some narrower kits.

Basic installation is easy though, just follow the basics here:
