Tires/Rims

I,ve currently got 215/70 R15 tires on stock rims for my 56 Chev pick up.They look puny and i would like to upgrade however i only have manual steering and drum brakes.What would anyone suggest?

I would look into getting power steering. A friend of mine picked up a '58 with a Flaming River manual rack just last Friday and its a bear to steer at low speed. He has a small block Chevy so it will easy to add a belt driven pump and replace the rack.

Rim's..... the truck has 225/60-15's all round but his back spacing is enough to bring the edge of the tire within and inch of the fender.

I would like to get power steering and brakes but am limited to funds.Anything I could do to go bigger now then do that other stuff?
