Re: Pass on a smile!

Just scored a mint set of OEM '68 front fenders, sooooo, that leaves my OEM front '69-'72 fenders, I think they will fit GMC and Chevy, available. Dang, that was a long sentence, to many commas. These are really quite nice, with no rust, other than pass. side cup. Will include if needed...
A few dents, BTW, I got them free from Tri-pro

Any takers, you pay shipping

Sorry, gave these to a friend of my sons

Re: Pass on a smile!

In the same spirit, I bought a np205 t-case from a member here. It turned out to have a broken ear on the frt output yoke. He sent me a real nice one free/including shipping. Also months later found part of the torsion mount for the frame and sent it to me free of cost. Great bunch of guy's here! Gotta love it!

Re: Pass on a smile!

Wow I wish I would have known about this thread sooner. Awhile back I requested some rear floor patch panels for my blazer and Jim(jaros44sr) was kind enough to take time out of his day to cut and ship the metal patch for free...I offered to pay the the shipping but he refused..I just want to say that you guys are great, and hopefully in the future I can pay it forward, thanks Carlos

Re: Pass on a smile!

Over the last couple months I've been on both sides of the "free-parts-shuffle". It's a great feeling when everyone helps everyone. I actually have a few things off my 69 parts truck that I can pass along. If anyone needs these let me know.

Inner grill support, a little surface rust, but solid overall.

Blinker housings. One lens has some stress cracks from over tightening, but its still in one peice. Definitely usable for a driver.

Sounds cool, I don't have one!

I have a carpet set, some small damage on the rear wheel tub, interested?

Your truck is so perfect, I doubt if I have anything you need, but you can ask

I have this to add to the free list. Tub only...

Two issues, One it's cut in half and two you have to come and pic it up.

Re: Pass on a smile!

you could cut patch panels from it - how are the bedsides, windshield frame and rear floor - have any pix of how it looks now? I might be interested...

Re: Pass on a smile!

Drivers side bed looks good. there are holes in the bed floor, the passenger side has a big patch just behind the door jamb that goes from the top to bottom and end before the wheel well

The windshield frame had a little rust in it. It has an uncut A/C dash in it. the kick panel have rusted threw and have crappy patches in them...

I basically cut it just infront of the bed and the windshield frame, firewall and cowl are sitting in the bed.

Is the center section of the windshield frame (right where the mirror would be) any good

Don't really need it moved anytime soon. The first person that shows up in my yard to pick it up has it though..
