question about porterbuilt dropmember

if you order a porterbuilt drop member does it come ready for the motor. everyone says it is a bolt in unit. do you have to weld the tabs in for the motor mounts or they already installed. thanks guys

the tabs are already welded on, the unit requires no welding at all.

The only welding would be for the notch for the rack steering/tie rods to clear the frame.
Give Nathan Porter (porterbuilt) a shout by Pm'ing him directly.

As mentioned, there is no welding required on the Dropmember itself. The only welding required it in regards to the notches in the frame for rack and pinion clearance.
