48 Center hood trim removal??

How do you get the center hood trim off of a 48 without damaging? Does it snap in or is it welded or what? Thanks

i thought the strip had tabs that went thru the hood and were twisted...

it does have tabs that twist. Just straighten them and pull up the trim.
