Re: bags or lowering springs ?????
I static dropped mine 2 1/2 -4 and would do it again.I think the scrapers are just too low. That's a personal opinion but I just can't see it on a truck like these.

Re: bags or lowering springs ?????
Here's mine w/ about 5 in the front and 4 out back, both static. The amount of front drop was unintentional, either they shipped me the wrong springs or the tubular LCAs had some unadvertised built in drop. The tires just barely rub if I hit a bump too hard but slightly narrower tires or wheels w/ a different offset should fix that. Ride is great.

Re: bags or lowering springs ?????
I have two trucks one lowerd with drop spindles and springs and one on air ride,I like them both but with my experience i find myself driving the one on airbags lower all the time (its kind of a disease like its never low enough you know). I really like the air ride but question it sometimes like some have said with (a line breaking or whatever). The static drop on the other hand is just jump in and go and never have to wait for the system to air up (oh by the way mine has a very small leak that will leak down overnight) i guess imo it depends on if the truck is a daily driver or a toy that you play around with on weekends or whatever which route i would take again. for the truck you drive everyday go with a static drop if its a toy then go air ride in my opinion.
by the way the green truck is a static drop and the burb is on air
