old and new

i took a pic of my new d.d and the 79 together.iit's not the greatest.but kinda a test.'m really having a hard time posting pics.i took some new one's but i keep getting a upload failed message.i can't seem to load them off photobucket either.i know it's not a chevy.but, this is my second cummins iv'e owned and they are a beast.the new one has 650 ft lbs of torque at 1,500 rpm's.now,if that don't put a smile on your face while your driving you better get your pulse checked.

Re: old and new

Hi Boatpuller, your sizing might be to big. The site only allows up to a certain KB, I think it's 100 per picture. God Bless, Terry

Pic is there and I agree, very nice!

Re: old and new

what's a simple resize.everything i try doesn't seem to work.i tried photbucket and i get errors.i tried resizing with paint but can't seem to get it right.i used to just hit upload on here and never had a problem.i think the site resized for me.but it doesn't do it anymore.and thanks for the nods.

Re: old and new

Try downloading ifranview to do simple picture chores - it works much better than paint, and makes resizing really easy. Other than that, I haven't been having much luck with the site resizing my pictures either. I know you're supposed to upload them one at a time for the site to do it. As far as photobucket goes... I've never had their site give me an error no matter how big the file was.

Re: old and new

Since you now have Cummins you should join http://www.dieselbombers.com/

I'm on there and I love it. That Cummins has extreme potential, I mean 1000+hp potential!

Re: old and new

The trucks look great! I have microsoft picture manager on my computer at home. It works great for cropping, editing, resizing, etc. With that program, I just open the picture in it for editing...and tell it to resize as a small web size. It works everytime. It can handle the large size too but I don't like to post that large a pic on the site. That program is worth having for anyone on a microsoft based PC. I love it. You can even take a pic and make it a coloring book page (lines only), or you can make them look like cartoons, all sorts of fun things.

Re: old and new

I think that small tailgate band really sets off your truck, well the rear end of it anyway.
I needs to find one for my truck.
