....I used generic hoses. The tough one is the bottom because they angle up the lower port on the radiator. Here you can see the upper.
The only thing I dont like is not having a drain petcock.

Just food for thought, but my transmission guy (You know you have been bad on transmissions when you have a transmission guy!) is of the opinion that you should run an auto trans through the radiator. I have run a number of transmissions with a cooler only with no problems, but most I managed to bust before other issues came up. These were in my 67 Nova shifting at 6,500 rpm on a pretty regular basis as a daily driver. Anyway, he made a good point in that the radiator also helps to get the trans up to temp. when starting off rather than romping on a cold trans. before it gets to optimium operating temprature.
This is a good thread because the hot Georgia weather has got me lookin for a radiator that can manage a stock smallblock with A/C. I drove to the mountains this weekend and could not run the A/C because the radiator could not keep it cool enough. Good info so far.

Good thing to keep in mind, Deryl. When I moved to the Phoenix metro area it was the first time I had ever seen a temp gauge needle go up when starting the car. In summer anyway.
