This just in......one slick black lil' rambler suffered an apparent fatal stroke.... it's a sad, sad day.

Hey Ken, heard that little LS-1 purs so smooth you can't even tell it's running. I'm going to put the serious drop + the 18's & 20's on the 74 when my GF goes to Vegas in April (if not sooner). Guess I'll see you when ya' visit.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

Hey Ken. Good to hear from you again. I thought you fell off the edge. I thought for sure you would have the Blazer going by now.

Uhh... Alabama is a bit far from Cali. I'd like too, but that's a little far away.

Yeah, the little flat six died on Keith. He was talking about doing a late model conversion 3.8 /4.3, but I think I talked him into rebuilding the old flat head.

Yeah, the LS1 pops and sputters a bit, but once she warms up, she's as smooth as silk. The stainless steel bullets we used on the exhaust crackle quit a bit though. It would make a redneck swoon, but not me. I'll have to adjust for that.

Better get the 74 cleaned up for April. It's time for Dust-Off.

Mike- I'm still around. I kinda left the 73-87 scene when shiznit hit fan on the other site. Things just weren't the same anymore.
The Blazer is really dragging along. If I weren't so deep in it now, I would be tempted to give up....

Kewl! Yeah, unless my plans go to crap, I'll be there. Of course I'll be riding shotgun with Keith, unless I bring my.....uhhhh..."other" truck...
