turn signal question?

hello again. I love this forum! ok problem is, when i turn on the parking lights, and I turn on either the right or left turn signals, my front lamps don't flash, they just stay on. The rear works fine. maybe a stupid Q but are they supposed to flash, since the front is pretty much on a seperate circuit? thanks again everyone.

The parking lights should be running 1157 dual filament bulbs. The park light circuit lights up the dim filament and the blinkers operate the bright filament.

It's most likely the bright filament is coincidently burned out in both bulbs. I'd check that first.

hey thanks mark. Turns out it wasn't the bulbs, but what you said about the dim circuit being different than the brights. I just had a couple wires backwards under the hood, thanks a bunch
