Exterior Mirror
Before I start drilling holes in my passenger door let me ask..is the passenger side mirror in the same location as driver's side?

Re: Exterior Mirror
yeah...there should be a metal re-enforcement piece inside the door so you can see where you need to drill.

Re: Exterior Mirror
I never noticed the metal reinforcement plate (didn't think to look). I just made a paper template off the drivers door, flipped it over and drilled the passenger side. I use both mirrors all the time while backing into the garage, so this does put the passenger mirror in a position that is easy to view.
