anyone tried rockauto.com ??

was checking out www.rockauto.com and seemed to be fairly priced. Anyone deal with them with our generation trucks? I've ordered from them before for new vehicles. Kinda looking at some wiring products from them, which are made from american autowire. also, for body panels, i did find a place that makes em in Michigan. called classic 2 current fabrication. anyone deal with them?

I've been buying parts from Rock Auto for a number of years now. Generally, ignition stuff. Never had an issue.

I have bought a number of parts from them. They are a pretty good outfit. No problems with them. You can find a lot of odd parts there.

Recently one of their suppliers closed down while I had an open order. They called me to be sure I received my parts from the supplier.

I have used them as a pricematch. I will get a quote from Rockauto including shipping and then will take it to Advance Auto and as long as it is the same warranty etc.- they will match the price. I saved $50-$75 dollars on my radiator for my '66 and about $45-50 on the one for my wife's Kia.

Re: anyone tried rockauto.com ??

I ordered a couple of tie rod ends for my '66 from them just a few weeks ago (first order I've made w/ them) and one of them was the wrong part. But customer service was great, they reshipped the right part the same day, and didn't even want the old one back

Their prices were the best i could find too.

no complaints here!
