Concerns, comments and questions about staff members

Recently we have had several posts by users either slamming or being combative with staff members, in posts that they have moderated.

We ask that if you have a concern with staff or something they do, that you use the report a post feature. If you do not feel comfortable with that, then please contact Josh or myself with your concerns.

When you do contact us, please take the time to cool down first. When we open a message that starts off with YOU NAZI FREAKS SUCK or such.. the communication tends to end badly

We do have an "open door" policy, and do want to address concerns you may have. There usually is a valid reason for moderation, but that is not to say we do not make mistakes. We are human just like you guys. We have family issues and bills and life problems the same. We try to be fair and just, and try our best to maintain a family friendly site.

So please, before you start ranting in a post.. that Josh nor I would likely see to help with.. Please take the time to follow the proper channels. PM Josh or myself, and or use the report a post feature.

Thanks
Liz

Re: Concerns, comments and questions about staff members

Agreed fully, at times it is hard to give respect to those whom do not show it to others. Its something we all need to think about when replying to posts.

(and this is in no ways saying your post is not respectful lol..)
