Re: 3" drop spindles - shock question

stocks are fine..... only if springs are changed do the shocks need to be matched

I was told (and I think I read in the instructions) you will need drop shocks for drop spindle installs.

Re: 3" drop spindles - shock question

the drop spindles are moving the spindle, rotor, caliper and tires, up. they arent changing the locations of the shock mounts. drop spindles may limit the compression of the shock due to the tire rubbing on the fender and it will take more travel to get the truck back to stock height, ie. if you have bags and drop spindles.

if you are running drop spindles and springs you should be good with stock shocks.
