73-87 truck arm
well i just picked up this months issue of classic truck and there is an article about truck arm suspension for our trucks. i went to classicperform.com but found nothing about this at the site. anyone know where to get some info?
i would really like to go with truck arms as my 80 c-10 build has been leaning towards a race design and truck arms would really set it off with the scheme. |

Re: 73-87 truck arm
Since I didn't see the article, can you give more details? What exactly is a "truck arm"?

Re: 73-87 truck arm
Truck Arms is the trailing arm suspension that was used in the 60somethin' to 72 trucks.

Re: 73-87 truck arm
Try hotrodstohell- they have a bunch of trailing arm conversion kits.

Re: 73-87 truck arm
That is CPP's new kit. I would call em. They most likely have not yet updated the web-site.

Re: 73-87 truck arm
If you go to their site (CPP) and use the search you can find some info. You need to type in the part number 7387TAC. You can then find instructions and you can find their install article. That part number is for shortbeds only with a 1 piece driveshaft. Good luck! A few of us are trying to do the trailing arm conversion using 67-72 parts. Check out or thread.
