Today's Junkyard Score.
I gave two bills for it...
Trying to scrounge up the fundage to by what it was attached to too. Pretty Clean '69 LWB 6-cyl with front end damage, that I have all but a few parts needed to repair. Last edited by Shaffer4; 11-02-2009 at 06:25 PM. |

Re: Today's Junkyard Score.
Get some beer, a bunch of scrap pieces, and brackets you arent afraid to cut on, a torch and a welder. You will need more than a couple of beers, but it will come together if you drink enough. Thats how I made one fit the 4.3 in my '50 jeep anyways. If that still doesnt work, go to the junkyard and look at motorhomes and other older van type rigs that may have had a big block in them. Alot of those I have seen with Yorks mounted on them. Good luck!
