72 suburban coils

Has anyone replaced their rear coils (C20 burb) with 3/4 ton truck coils? I need to replace my 40 year old coils, but the rear burb 3/4 ton springs are not available......are the truck ones OK, even though not correct?
Thanks,
Tim

Re: 72 suburban coils

I have used truck coils on burbs. No problem.
