Ran a 7.12 @94mph
I ran a 7.12 @94 mph with a 1.54 60ft yesterday... This was on a 150 shot. I put some 90/10's on it. It got a little air under the tires this time...

Re: Ran a 7.12 @94mph
Is that when the motor quits pulling or just what you like to shift at? Do you have a rev limiter? Sorry for the "dumb" questions, but I'm getting ready to take mine to the track and haven't done a lot of racing. Just trying to do a little research, .

Re: Ran a 7.12 @94mph
I have turned it 6800rpm with the nitrous, but don't like to turn it that hard. I really don't want to break it before i get the 421ci built... I don't have a rev limiter. I'm just running a HEI distributor.

Re: Ran a 7.12 @94mph
The front has drop spindles, stock springs with half a coil cut, 90/10 shocks. I also took the limiters off the upper control arms. The rear has Eibach 4" drop springs, doeshtec shocks. I flipped the shock brackets over to get a little more travel.
