Hi, My name is Freddy, I live in Santa Fe NM, Im 26 years old I work as a motorcycle tech at a dealership here in town.
Ive got a 1969 GMC C-20. Its already pretty cherry, ill post pics soon. Only things im gonna do to it in the short term is install a hidden stereo and maybe lower it a few inches, tint the windows. In the long term id like to drop a fuel injected 502 into it, refinish the bed, and convert the A/C. But i wont have the dough for that for a while.
I drove this truck in high school when it didnt look like much, since then my dad has had it, he painted it, restored the interior and dropped a rebuilt 350 in it, recently he sold it back to me, and im honored to have it.
I respect how things used to be made, old trucks, old harleys, old guitars, and old country music. Lately Ive used this forum a lot for ideas and found it really useful so i decided to join. Thanks for having me and i look forward to sharing with everybody.
