HOLY S-I-!!! that thing is long, and we all know that sq bodys dont have the best turning radius to begin with. I guess you would call that a 3+3+3?

That is awesome! Who built that beast it actually has all 6doors!
Although i have to agree they should have left a front bumper on and What's up with the escalade badge on the grill on fender? needs bigger wheels! Last edited by BGRAFX; 02-10-2010 at 02:58 PM. |

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
Here ya go.... She has a long way to go. It is a "Day Cruiser" conversion pkg so it has these big azz caddy type seats in it and the rear seat is power and folds down into a bed. Also has track lighting in the headliner and door pannels. Lowered in the front and bagged in the rear, w/a BB454 and 400tranny. I have high hopes for it.

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
Maybe it's a status thing lol. I agree on the bigger wheels. also,...i really like the chrome cowl, i think that would only work with a few colors but it's deffinately different.

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
There is no reason to put an Escalade emblem on the fender or grill of an old school square body C30 6 door dually.
now if had a transformer logo on the grill that would be cool! LOL |

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
Not sure if this is a violation of above post, this is a classified item but it's not mine, I just wanted to show what this clown is trying to sell for $18,000. http://nh.craigslist.org/cto/1590713116.html
Nice enough truck, but I hate these kind of people. I mean,I have nothing against someone who is emotionally attached to their truck, it happens to me with most of my trucks. But if you love it so much, then don't try to sell it because it's never going to worth as much to someone else as what you think it's worth, when you are so unrealistic as to be laughable. I would put that truck at $5000 for my area, maybe as much as $8000 if you fell in love with it and had to have it. I think it's 2wd, which is a serious killer for truck value in this part of the country. Many people (like myself) won't even look at a 2wd. It looks to have a million holes in the body for an old style tonneau cover, in addition to the door holes from those ugly towing mirrors. That truck did not cost $18,000 new I bet, so how did he arrive at that figure when it's 24 years old, not especially ultra low mileage or original condition? It's been restored once and the second time around never lasts as long as the first, custom jobs notwithstanding. It makes me want to call the guy and ask him if he's on crack, but people like him are always convinced they know it all and there s*** is worth more than gold. |

Now if the truck had aluminum wheels, air ride, and it had a Vortec 454 with a 4L80E or a NV4500, and the interior was done nice with a nice stereo, I could see it demanding that kind of money, or perhaps a bit more. But not being a total stocker.
