60-66 4x4 engine mounts

Does anyone have pictures of what the motor mounts look like on 60-66 3/4 ton 4x4, in paticular a 63. The 63 i just got has only one and it looks like a home made job. Any suggestions on replacements? I was thinking of using a cross member out of a 73-87 4x4 and modifiing it as needed.

http://www.persh.org/pickup/perches.htm
down towards the bottom of the page. the one there has the extra brkt attached for a 6 cyl
they are hard to find for a 230,250 or 283 eng as I looked for years. idid install one from a 67 which is a complete crossmember. I would advise putting that in if you are going to remove the crossmember at the bellhousing area for an a/tran
456chevy may have the stk perches for you. the ones for a 292 are different from the others

Re: 60-66 4x4 engine mounts

my 60 had a 283 with a horseshoe mount at the front of the block and a crossmember with left and right mounts at the transmission, but nothing at the left and right of the motor. I just swapped the drivetrain from a 80 and now have a crossmember with left and right monts at the motor and a crossmember at the transfer cas with one mount in the middle.

These are just what the ones on my 63 k10 look like. Don't know if they're the same for 3/4 tons, but mine was an original v8.

They are the same for K10 & K20 trucks of the same year.
