I ass-umed that was how the front was done what I was wondering if they were coil cuts or replacement coils such as a Jeep or aftermarket ones. I guess I may not have worded my question right but is your name Tx ...Vernski

Re: Dropped C-10 pics?

There is a link in my signature to my blog that should answer any questions, or my build thread also.

But, yes, spindles and springs in the front and springs in the rear. It's all done right with super track bar, shorter shocks, shock relocators

Hi Kevin checked out your blog, great write up there is more to you than meets the eye. One more question what brand are the coils and where did you get the 2" ? I thought it was interesting the difference between the 3" and 2".
I am working on a 65 GMC right now but I also have a 63 Chev SWB that's waiting in the wings. Thanks for the info...Vernski

Re: Dropped C-10 pics?

Vernski, they are 2 inch drop springs made by DJM. I got them from Summit (free shipping along with my spindles, saved 60 bucks over ordering anywhere else).

I never liked the color gold on any vehicle, but that was before I saw yours.

Funny, I never really liked it too much having only seen old literature and 45 year old paint. I met a guy a couple weeks ago and he had a '63 'burb done in gold and I thought it looked awesome!!

Not to thread jack, here's a lowered pic.........

I appreciate you answering the question like you did. Don't let anyone get under your skin around here. It's all good.

No offense Taken it's nice that you helped out. But I do like to get the answer from the horses mouth. And Kevin I like those logo's on the door's it sets off the patina on your truck real nice....Vernski
