Subframe Bag Brackets
Can someone point me in the direction to locating bag brackets for a 70-81 Camaro subframe that I have under my 52 truck? Not having luck finding anything.

Re: Subframe Bag Brackets
I was told about them Keith, but I don't need that whole kit. Not for what they ask for it at least.

Re: Subframe Bag Brackets
Look at RideTechs upper bag mount and then check out the S10 upper mount.
They are very similar. Looks like the Camaro upper mount is offset to align the long stud up thru the upper shock hole. I bet Jason could fab you up a set. Then use his universal shock mounts to relocate the shock outside of the control arm. (just like an S10)

Re: Subframe Bag Brackets
S10 cups top and bottom should work, you may have to trim the bottom cup for height

Re: Subframe Bag Brackets
Bryan, did you try Jason @ SD? If he is able to make a set for you, I would be willing to get a set also, to make it worth his while.

Re: Subframe Bag Brackets
I tried Steve, but a guy named Ricky(I think that's the name) shut me down pretty quick about that.

Re: Subframe Bag Brackets
S10 brackets wont work... not tall enough for the top and the bottom and the offest is not right. With ours you would have to buy the whole kit.... the only thing I can take out of it to cheapen it up is the shocks.... sorry man......

Re: Subframe Bag Brackets
Tony, sorry I can't afford that kit, but it looks nice. Unless you are letting people try products for free and wanting feedback, just kidding, but not really(my best White Goodman of Dodgeball imitation).
