Powerglide Yoke switch
I recently replaced my powerglide in my 66 with one out of a 65 and then found out the drive shaft would'nt work because the new trannys splines are more narrow the the original trannys were. Does anyone know what the fine splined yoke are called or part numbers, or are they readily available. any help would be great...........................Kirby

Re: Powerglide Yoke switch
Everybody stumped or maybe did not explain well enough. I need a slip yoke Original to a L6 /auto PG that has fine splines that matches the length of the original I have but without the course splines. question has anyone every seen a fine splined yoke for a 66 1/2 ton l6 auto? If this fine splined yoke exists in the same configuration as my course splined yoke where do I get one? I don't want to lenghten or shorten my drive line. can anyone help me out ?
