Temp Primer

As you could see in my pics from earlier I have lots of body work to do to my girl. With the frame change and modifcations I plan on doing I'd like to clean the rust and 2 sq ft of paint off her and put her in primer. Is there a primer I can use that wont cause problem when I get to paint (base coat clear coat). I just want to get a coat on it cause when I strip it I'm sure I'll have condinsation issues
THANK GOD THE SNOW IS FINALLY GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
