Question What length steering column to get?

I'm looking at buying a Flaming river or Ididit steering column for my 64 GMC.

What all do you need to buy to make it work, and what length is the right length for our year trucks..?

They seem to offer all these accessory kits, plus the column.....

Kinda confusing....

I mean, do I need a column, and then an intermediate shaft?

And if you have some part #'s of what you have used, please post them up.

Thanks for the help.....

Chad

Thats what I was thinking......You can pick out the column on the Flaming River site for my year truck, but they do not list the length......
