1949 3100? how to take bed apart?

i decided to start with the bed. i have it off, and all apart except for the bottom. aside from a spark in my ear, carefully torching the rusted bolts off was the way to go, as they were hopelessly rusted. now have to decide how much to replace. rear sill is pitted, but sound. other sills are just surface rust. the original wood is weathered gray, but solid, and i intend to keep it. be nice to brighten it up somehow.

strips have rust holes in them and need to be replaced. what is the best way to remove all the strip bolts? there is alot of them, and looks like all will give trouble. torch? hate to burn the wood is there is a better way.

i looked at mark-k website, and that looks like a good place to get the
replacement parts i need.

thanks.

I just used an angle grinder with a cut-off wheel for the bed strip bolts. That was the easy part, the rest of the bed was basically rusted together

MAR-K is running a good special right now, 10% off and free shipping.

i went with leevon's method....an angle grinder got the job done for me...but if i had a torch i probably would have gone that route due to time
