Re: late build thread...LOL
Here is a good deal on some billet shift and column levers. I ordered 2 sets. You cant use the turn signal one though since you have the wiper controls on it.

Re: late build thread...LOL
My detailer at work has that same wheel. He is trying to sell it to me for cheap! Hard to justify with short funds right now. But cheap is hard to beat.
The box is gonna look great I'm sure. Nice job so far!

Re: late build thread...LOL
you ever get the A-Arms in?? Also since you narrowed the lower did you do the uppers also? This would also narrow your track width so what did you do about your tie rod ends did the clear when adjusted without touching each other or did you trim them down some?

Re: late build thread...LOL
have not done them yet, got a big show this coming weekend so i didnt want to pull it apart yet...i did not shorten up the uppers, i notched them and tilted them down so the ball joint would not bind up, so that will pull it in some and also the shims can be pulled out to correct the camber, I wont know till I put it all in about the tie-rod ends but I will let you know

Re: late build thread...LOL
did you just simply use so pipe and shape it to the rear end weld it on the weld on the lower pipe to hold the bag, and for up top weld the bag brackets to the existing rail on the frame?

Re: late build thread...LOL
No I welded two 2x2 pieces of steel to the inside top of the frame and welded the top bag brackets to that, and on the bottom I had some SD axle bag brackets and so I flipped them upside down and welded them to the bottom of the axle and the used 2x4 steel to make my part that mounts the bag. It is a very simple setup, but I am going to change it all soon, just wanted to get it working and then go from there

Re: late build thread...LOL
I put my air ride tanks in the back and the raised part is covering that. The door pods mount with 4 bolts in the back
