Anybody using the Brother's "new style" auto crossmember?
They've got them on sale right now. I saw the ECE crossmember for lowered trucks with the holes cut in it to run the exhaust through on a TRUCKS! episode, and thought this crossmember might do the same.
Here's Brother's description: "This is a new style automatic transmission crossmember for the 1963-72 Chevy and GMC's. This mounts in the factory location but allow the exhaust to be routed over the crossmember to allow custom exhaust applications. A must for enthusiasts looking to change their old 3 or 4 speed manual transmissions to a modern TH-350, TH-400, 200-R4 or 700-R4 automatic transmission. Depending on application, crossmember will not always align with the stock frame bolt holes."
