Here is my issue/s:

Yesterday I noticed that my LR tail light was on all the time, very bright like the brake was on, RR was not. L rear turn signal was working R was not. Front turn signals and parking lights not working.

So I replaced all the rear wiring from the firewall back, same problem. Thought my brake light switch might be the problem. Tested it and it didn't seam to be working so I replaced it with a new one now R turn signal works L does not. Brake lights not working at all, turn on the lights and left tail light comes on bright like the brake is on, right does not. What the heck???????????

In a nut shell:

Front parking lights / turn signals not working at all

Rear:
Brake lights not working
Only Right turn signal working / originally it was the Left working and the Right not.
Left tail light comes on bright like the brake is on right tail light is out. I changed/swapped bulbs same thing.

Head lights work fine.

Start by running test grounds from your tailight housings to your cab, same with the front and get back to us. These trucks are notorious for bad grounds.

What he said! I had a similar problem and it was all in the taillight grounds, give those a test first and make sure they are grounding right.

Like mentioned start with the grounds. Also, keep in mind that all the wiring you mentioned runs through the turnsignal switch. If your grounds are good than I would try cleaning the switch.

When is it on? For example:

1. All the time
2. Headlight switch has to be on
3. Ignition switch has to be on
4. Brake pedal has to be depressed

I had a time when my left front turn signal would come on when the brakes were pressed. It was in the turn signal switch. It took me all day to track it down. I'd start with the grounds and then tear into the switch.
