Re: How about some pics of 73-87 Long Beds?
if it was running a street tire then i would frown on it, but it looks like its running at least a 35 or 37 inch off-road tire! thats a different story! i think it looks good, big, and shiny! more pics and info please!!

It is not mine, but you can find more info on Mautofied.com if it's still there. I tried looking already but my computer doesn't always agree with Mautofied's website. I guess it's a love/hate thing.

Re: How about some pics of 73-87 Long Beds?
Thanks. Had it since '87 when I bought it as a used fleet truck. It was my second vehicle for many years and then it sat for quite a while. I had the engine rebuilt about 5 years ago and put new seats in it and had it repainted this year.
I agree it does look good. Now, if I can only get that Edelbrock carb straightened out... |

Re: How about some pics of 73-87 Long Beds?
Heres my 1981 longbed:
Has a 3 inch drop in the front via springs and a 5 inch drop in the back using a flip kit. Gonna get it in primer for the time being while I do some interior work, do some more body work (rust mainly) then drop it 2 more inches all around. Not bad for paying $800 I think. |
