gauge restoration

Has anyone restored their gauges cheap.
I'm building a 1947 that has been in my family for the last 30 years.
Frame powder coated mustang 2 and 350/350
Right now i have bucket seats but I'm going to put a later model bench back in.

Re: gauge restoration

the speedo is easy to resto. the used the same gust fro the 50"s to the 70"s on the truck at least. i got the gust out of a 79 chevy for my 53 gmc. the other you can get repros from most companys like harmons, lmc chevs of the 40's, and etc.
